At first I steamed 150g broccoli. When it was cooled down a bit I grated it and mixed it with some soya spread of Alpro (feel free to use another cream cheese alternative). For the filling I used Wheaty´s Chorizo, pickled ginger, carrots and sprouts. Of course, I also prepared some cauliflower sushi. There were both cauliflower and broccoli mixture left I used for a 50/50 roll: I spread thoroughly the broccoli mixture onto the nori sheet so that it became a part of a filling. Afterwards I added the cauliflower. It looked like well divided field of broccoli and sushi.
And? It turned out great!!! Broccoli shushi is one of my new favourites!
